capritours.boats ("the site", "we", "us") is an independent informational travel guide. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, ferry company or the Blue Grotto concession, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any official Capri authority. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Information is indicative
We work to keep prices, schedules, opening hours and other details accurate, drawing on official and operator sources. However, this information is provided "as is", may change without notice, and can contain errors. Always confirm current details with the relevant provider before travelling or booking. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the content.
3. Bookings and third parties
The site links to third-party providers, primarily GetYourGuide, for booking tours and tickets. Any purchase is a contract between you and that provider, governed by their terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the provision, quality, cancellation or refund of any tour, ferry or ticket.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you book through them, at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay or the independence of our content.
5. Intellectual property
Site text and design are ours unless stated. Photographs are used under their respective licences; see our photo credits. Trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
